Join Semico's Tony Massimini in Sensor Fusion/MEMS and the IoT Webcast Today

Semico Research's Tony Massimini will participate in a live webcast titled "Sensor Fusion and the Role of MEMS in IoT".  Tony will share insights from a new report focused on the MEMS and sensors ecosystem and the role of sensor hub controllers.  The webcast's other speakers will be Marcellino Gemelli from Bosch Sensortec and Karen Lightman of the MEMS Industry Group.  The webinar will take place on Thursday, May 28, 2015 at 1:00pm EST and is free to attend.  To register, please click here.  For more information, please visit Solid State Technology at:  http://electroiq.com/blog/2014/05/mems/.

Abstract:  MEMS have quite different process and material requirements compared to mainstream microprocessor and memory types of devices. This webcast will explore the latest trends in MEMS devices - including sensor fusion and the important role that MEMS will play in the Internet of Things (IoT). Marcellino Gemelli, Head of Business Development at Bosch Sensortec will discuss how smart systems are enabled through sensor fusion. Karen Lightman, Executive Director of MEMS Industry Group (MIG), will provide a "debrief" from the recent MEMS Technical Congress and a preview of a SEMICON West workshop focused on back-end challenges.
