Tony Massimini Coaching at MEMS Industry Group Executive Congress

The MEMS Industry Group is holding its annual Executive Congress in Phoenix, AZ this week, November 5-7. Tony Massimini, Chief of Technology of Semico Research Corp. will be coaching two companies participating in the Elevator Pitch session on Thursday, Nov. 6.

Tony will be coaching Anatomotion and Cambridge CMOS Sensors on their presentations and pitches. “I very much enjoyed the opportunity to help these up and coming companies,” says Tony Massimini. “I provided them with my experience and insight to help them focus their respective messages and help them put their best foot forward.”

The MIG Executive Congress first held an Elevator Pitch session at last year’s event. The session is done in a “Shark Tank” style format. Each company has five minutes to explain to potential investors what their company offers, how they can grow with investment funds and how potential investors can benefit. This is also a great opportunity for a small company to present itself to the MEMS and sensors industry and gain more exposure.

Anatomotion (www.anatomotion.com) is developing a 3D dental imaging system for diagnosing and treating a number of dental-related issues. Cambridge CMOS Sensors (www.ccmoss.com) has spun out of the University of Cambridge, UK. The company has a CMOS MEMS microhotplate technology. CCMOS has sensors which monitor air quality and hazardous gases. These have a wide range of applications including mobile.

Tony is not playing favorites.  He is sure that both teams will present themselves successfully.
